Concealed Carry

Many women though will find that this is not the best choice for them based on clothing and body type.    Another example of a type of carry is the fanny pack, it clips in the back behind your waist and has easy access for your firearm. A fanny pack also allows you to store extra ammunition in speed loaders or magazines. Keep in mind you want to place your handgun inside the fanny pack so that it will be accessible for your strong hand, to safely retrieve your firearm should you need to. . Probably the most common way for women to carry is the carry purse. Many are designed to carry a firearm. Like the fanny pack, you can secure other items as well. If you choose the purse option you should always try to carry your purse on the same shoulder every time. That will allow you to have quick, safe and consistent access to your firearm. Whether you are carrying in a purse or a fanny pack, it is important to remember to keep your firearm in a compartment that is by itself. Keys, cell phones, and wallets should be kept separately at all times.    Remember, your firearm is your responsibility. You are going to need to make sure that, after you have been to the range, or you have been carrying concealed, that you secure it in a safe like this. It’s an excellent way to store it. You need to make sure that your firearm is locked away at all times when you are not using it.  Regardless of which method you choose, be consistent with how you retrieve your firearm from concealment.
